Hot water boiler GEOTHERM WGB (V)

GEOTHERM ® WGB (V) series boilers are designed to produce hot water. Boilers are focused on heat supply of industrial and domestic facilities.

GEOTHERM ® WGB (V) series boilers are manufactured with three temperature schedules 70-95 °C; 70-110 °C; 70-150 °C.

GEOTHERM ® WGB (V) series boilers are produced with a capacity from 35 to 68.9 MW.

The fundamental difference between the boilers of the GEOTHERM ® SPI (M) series from the boilers of the GEOTHERM WB(P); GEOTHERM MEDIA; GEOTHERM WEB(3P) series is that the boiler pipe system has a vertical design. The main advantage of boilers of this series is that at high power boilers take up little space when installed on the foundation. This makes it possible to build high-capacity boilers on relatively small areas.

The advantages of boilers of this series are:

  • High efficiency of boilers.

  • Gas-tight design.

  • Low NOx emissions

  • Quick access to the set operating mode.

  • Reliable and simple design.

  • Modern design.

  • The possibility of using boilers in open heat supply schemes.

  • Block delivery.

  • Wide standard-size range from 35 to 68.9 MW.

  • The use of boilers with burners from leading European and Russian manufacturers.

  • Low hydraulic resistance.

  • Simple repair.

Main components of GEOTHERM ® WGB (V) series boilers:
  • Collector frame - serves to distribute water flows depending on the hydraulic circuit of the boiler and the connection of the boiler to the external strapping.
  • The convective section is the main part of the boiler pipe system.
  • The support frame serves as the base for the installation of the boiler pipe system.
  • Stiffness belt - serves as a frame to ensure the rigidity of the boiler.
  • The flue duct with an explosive valve - serves as a channel for the discharge of exhaust gases.
