Sorting line SK-80

The MSW sorting line “SK-80” ​​includes 2 conveyors, platform for manual selection of recovery materials for 6–8 posts, a chain conveyor, belt sorting conveyor, automatic control system and a vertical press for recovery materials with a pressing force of 30 tons. The manual sorting platform have a version with a climatic cabin and discharge bins equipped with a gate valve, which allows the use of the SK-80 waste sorting line in an open area all year round.

In the “Basic” version, waste sorting line provides a capacity of up to 30,000 tons / year, using only 8 sorting posts, when working 12 hours a day.

In the “Standard” version, the productivity of the line can be increased up to 80,000 tons/year by installation trommel screen and magnetic separators, as well as a sorting platform increased to 12 posts.

The sorting line "SK-80" from the company "Eco-Spectrum" is suitable for a settlement with a population of 50 to 100 thousand people.
