Double Success: Eco-Spectrum Employees Once Again Recognized with Top Honors!

Dear colleagues, partners, and friends of Eco-Spectrum! We are immensely proud to share joyful news: our company is having a truly stellar autumn! 

Just a month ago we congratulated our colleague—and now, new victories and recognition.

In September, on City Day, Category 1 Specialist Mikhail Viktorovich Chabanov received a Certificate of Honor from the head of the district, Nikolay Khropov, and his photo was placed on the Honor Board of the Karasun District. We wholeheartedly congratulated Mikhail Viktorovich on this significant event.

And now a new wave of pride has swept over our plant! October 27, 2025 the administration of the Karasun District personally came to us to ceremonially present awards to two more of our outstanding employees.


Representatives of the administration addressed our specialists with words of gratitude and recognition. For high professionalism, many years of conscientious work, and dedication to their craft, well-deserved awards were presented:

  • Khayrullin Akhmet Ildarovich, a Grade 6 electric gas welder at Assembly and Welding of Metal Structures Section No. 1, was awarded a Certificate of Honor in the category “For many years of conscientious work, professionalism, and dedication to his craft.”

  • Andreev Dmitry Alekseevich, an operator of automatic and semi-automatic machine lines and units of the preparatory shop, received a Letter of Appreciation in the category “Best Young Specialist.”

“On behalf of the district administration, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management and team of Eco-Spectrum for fostering such highly qualified specialists,” the congratulations from the administration representatives said. “Your employees are the golden asset not only of the enterprise, but of all Krasnodar. Their diligence, professionalism, and dedication serve as a shining example to everyone.”


The company’s General Director Octyabrina Shakirovna Devletova delivered a response:
