We pay great attention to detail; decisions on materials and technical execution are always based on safety, practicality, and high manufacturing quality.
For mobile incinerators of the HURIKAN series, a full kit for autonomous operation is provided: fuel tanks, boxes for storing and transporting burner units, a backup generator, a loader crane for waste loading, a semi-trailer/trailer, a tractor unit, etc.
The incinerators are equipped with fuel tanks that can be placed on auxiliary platforms or a support structure. For ease of transportation, a box is provided for storing burner units, as well as a separate toolbox—this ensures safety, stability, and readiness for operation. The package also includes a backup generator, which increases the autonomy and reliability of the equipment under any conditions.
Enhanced roller mechanisms of the incinerator ensure stable and safe operation
The roller diameter has been increased to improve sliding and reduce wear. The rails are provided with recesses for precise seating of the lid in the fully closed position—this ensures a tight fit and prevents gas leakage. The lid is equipped with a pusher and a lever that make it easier to move. At the customer’s request, protection for the roller mechanisms from rain and snow can be installed to increase reliability under any conditions.
The incinerator’s sliding lid has been improved
Thanks to a reinforced design, the lid does not sag or deform and retains its shape and configuration over a long period. This ensures stable and reliable sealing of the combustion chamber, as well as long-lasting, trouble-free operation of the equipment.
Automated lid opening
The incinerator is equipped with an automatic lid-opening system, which is especially convenient when the incinerator is operated on a chassis. It also speeds up and simplifies loading while minimizing personnel effort. The automatic system allows the operator to load waste quickly and safely without physically handling the lid, which increases overall process efficiency and reduces the risk of injury.
Eco-Spectrum round transitions: enhancing the efficiency of thermal treatment
The transition is calculated and designed with an increased diameter. Its unique structural feature is the circular shape, which promotes greater flow turbulence. Made of concrete, the transition is distinguished by high strength, durability, and reliability in operation, ensuring effective mixing and uniform distribution of airflows.
The grate design has been modified and improved
Thanks to the arched design and reinforcement, as well as a strengthened support platform, the grates do not shift, fall, or collapse during waste loading, movement, and handling operations. The concrete formulation and the casting, drying, and curing technology ensure high grate quality.
Cable duct: safety and aesthetics in one solution
The cable duct protects electrical and fuel components from the elements, prevents corrosion and insulation damage, and extends the system’s service life. Routing cables in ducts increases safety, reduces the risk of injury, and ensures a neat appearance of the equipment.
Additional loading windows: increased productivity and combustion control
Additional windows for feeding small waste are ideal for metered feeding, increasing productivity, controlling the combustion process, stirring, and other operations. The window door is lined, providing reliable protection against high temperatures and aggressive environments, ensuring durability and safe operation.
Port caps: reliable protection during transportation and storage
Caps on the burner ports protect the incinerator from precipitation, foreign objects, and the ingress of living organisms during transportation and storage. They are resistant to environmental influences, feature secure fastening and a special coating, ensuring reliability and ease of removal during operation.
Efficient combustion: the secrets of the incinerator’s internal design
The internal design of the incinerator ensures efficient waste combustion—with optimal placement of burners, fans, and transitions. Special concrete and lining technology allow rapid achievement and maintenance of temperature with minimal fuel consumption. Unlike brick systems, the body does not heat up, which improves safety. The trapezoidal lid creates gas swirl and enhances the combustion process.
On-body control panel: safety and ease of operation
Thanks to an insulation layer in the lining, the incinerator walls do not heat up, which makes it possible to place the control panel directly on the body—for quick access and increased efficiency. Unlike competitors who install panels separately, Eco-Spectrum’s solution is safe and convenient. The PLC-equipped panel automatically regulates the supply of fuel and air, and in an emergency the alarm and interlock system is activated.
Quick-release burners: safety and operational flexibility
Quick-release burner assemblies increase the safety and reliability of incinerator operation, especially in emergencies. The ability to remove them quickly without tools reduces the risk of damage and extends the service life of the equipment. This also allows for rapid replacement of fuel nozzles when changing the type of fuel, for example, from diesel to waste oil.
Efficient ash zone system of the incinerator
The incinerator’s ash pans have a special shape with ergonomic handles and locking/opening mechanisms. The depth of the ash channels is carefully calibrated to ensure unobstructed ash discharge. Heat-resistant concrete structures, fireproof seals, proper geometry, and high-quality lining ensure efficient and safe operation of the incinerator.
Sandblasting of metal before painting: extends service life, corrosion-resistant
All metal undergoes sandblasting, which significantly increases corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. Eco-Spectrum uses only proven paint formulations validated over many years of testing. Before paint is applied, the surface is primed with a high-temperature compound, then a heat-resistant enamel is applied in several layers. Such meticulous preparation and multi-stage painting provide a strong, durable coating resistant to environmental exposure and various climatic conditions.
Access to pipes for installation/removal and transport position of the pipes: service platform for convenient operation and transportation
The incinerators are equipped with ladders and platforms for convenient access to key areas of the equipment. This facilitates inspection, diagnostics, and maintenance, including pipe installation. To move the pipes to the transport position, special mounting brackets are used, providing secure fixation and safe transportation. All elements are installed in accordance with safety standards, ensuring comfort and safety for personnel.
Lining thickness, improved burner tiles, and optimization of flame angle
The incinerators manufactured by Eco-Spectrum are fully autonomous, mobile complexes designed for efficient waste processing in any conditions. The equipment is supplied with its own generators and fuel tanks, ensuring independence from external power sources.
Fire shields for the incinerator: additional protection and safety
The incinerator can be equipped with fire shields (if there are no restrictions on transport dimensions). The shield is securely fastened at six points and can be installed quickly during deployment of the complex, providing additional safety and protection for the equipment.
Packaging and securing: a guarantee of safety during transportation
All incinerators are packed according to standards before transportation—protruding elements are secured to avoid damage. The equipment is fitted with project-specified lashing points, ensuring reliable and safe transport. This approach minimizes risks and guarantees preservation upon delivery.
