From July 2 to 4, 2020, in the city of Zheleznovodsk, Stavropol Territory (Russia), in the local Palace of Culture, the IV International Congress of Regional Operators in the Field of Solid Municipal Waste Management (MSW) was held, which is held annually by the Association of Organizations, Operators and Specialists in the Field of Waste Management “Clean country” together with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation in different regions of the country. The main topics of the congress were: “anti-crisis measures to stabilize the activities of regional operators”, including “improving the mechanisms for implementing the federal project “Integrated Waste Management System”.
The Congress opened and greeted the participants by the Governor of the Stavropol Territory - V.V. Vladimirov.
The Eco-Spectrum company took part and we presented a promising project for the HURIKAN 5000 high-capacity thermal waste disposal complex, which can be used as an independent system or integrated into the existing infrastructure of sorting complexes and landfills.
The work of the congress was organized taking into account compliance with sanitary and epidemiological safety measures and the recommendations of the Rospotrebnadzor. All sites worked using video conferencing.
