Responsibilities:
Analysis of incoming applications for the manufacture of equipment in the design department;
Development of project and working documentation on the profile section;
Performing calculations of load-bearing structures for large-sized equipment, preparing reports for calculations (section PP);
Performing strength, heat/mass transfer, hydraulic, aerodynamic calculations, design and modeling
Control of compliance of design solutions with the current FNP;
Control of compliance of design solutions with the technical specifications and requirements of the customer;
Preparation and issuance of design assignments to contractors (design engineers);
Determination of the equipment layout ;
Calculation and selection of basic equipment for incinerators, gas purification systems, water treatment systems, waste sorting complexes, boiler equipment;
Development, coordination and adjustment of design documentation for incinerators, gas purification systems, water treatment systems, waste sorting complexes, boiler equipment;
Assignment of design assignments for individual units of incinerators, gas purification systems, water treatment systems, waste sorting complexes, boiler equipment;
Development of separate mechanisms for additional equipment as part of the main installation;
Interaction with related departments;
Development of separate mechanisms for additional equipment as part of the main equipment;
Author's supervision.
Requirements:
– Higher professional (technical) education;
– Work experience as a design engineer for at least 1 year, preferably at least 3 years in the field of gas purification equipment, water treatment, boiler equipment, sorting complexes or related areas;
– Knowledge of copromat, the ability to set initial data and analyze technical calculations;
– Multitasking, responsibility, skill teamwork, stress tolerance, efficiency, attentiveness, punctuality;
– Knowledge of the ESCD in terms of design documentation;
– Technical savvy.
