A meeting with Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Krasnodar Territory Svetlana Nikolaevna Saltanova and representatives of manufacturing industries was held at ECO-SPECTRUM LLC.
As part of the implementation of the federal project "Labor Productivity", which since 2015 has been part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", a meeting was held at ECO-SPECTRUM LLC with Deputy Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory - Svetlana Nikolaevna Saltanova, head of the department for the implementation of regional projects of the ministry - Natalia Aleksandrovna Tabunkova, as well as with representatives of manufacturing industries. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the experience of implementing lean manufacturing principles and exchange best practices.
ECO-SPECTRUM LLC was chosen as a model platform for participation in this event due to the successful implementation of projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize production processes. Representatives of the company presented key results and development paths achieved in the implementation of lean manufacturing.
During the meeting, the prospects for further participation of the enterprise in national and regional initiatives, as well as the possibilities of scaling up the accumulated experience to other industries and regions were discussed.
The event became an important step in the development of cooperation between the state and business in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic production.
