The principle of operation of an industrial type hot water boiler is the same as that of a domestic heating unit. They are characterized by high performance, large dimensions and high temperature curves. An industrial hot water boiler heats water up to 150 degrees.
The principle of operation of a hot water boiler
In a hot water boiler, water is used as a heat carrier, which undergoes chemical preparation before entering the boiler, then the water is heated to a temperature of 40 degrees, with the help of a mixture of already heated water and is fed into the boiler. The coolant is heated with the help of combusted fuel to the required temperature, and then sent through the heating network to consumers. A consistently high pressure is maintained inside the boiler so that the water does not boil and does not turn into steam. It also helps to avoid scale formation on the walls.
The main structural elements of a hot water boiler are:
• Base frame for mounting the boiler pipe system;
• Rigidity belts - a framework which provides rigidity of a copper;
• Collector frame - distributes the flow of water, depending on the hydraulic circuit and boiler connection;
• Gas flue box with explosive valves - a channel for the removal of exhaust gases.
