On September 17, in the Krasnodar Territory, in Gelendzhik, the First M.S.W 2019 Conference was held, dedicated to the implementation of the reform on solid municipal waste management. Its organizers were the Clean Country Association and the Paradigm Company.
Recall that the Conference was the final event, which was preceded by the All-Russian rally of communal special equipment, also organized by the Clean Country project.
Within the framework of the Conference, more than 200 participating companies were represented, among which was the Russian manufacturer of high-tech equipment for waste disposal , Eco-Spectrum.
During the event, important discussions were held regarding the proper handling, collection, processing and disposal of MSW. Representatives of city administrations, and regional operators, industry experts and business representatives, manufacturers of municipal and disposal equipment became participants in M.S.W 2019.
As part of the event, social events were also held, one of which was a plogging-run - a jog with the collection of waste. Everyone was able to participate in it. Thus, the organizers of the Conference once again emphasized the problem of the accumulation of a large volume of waste, which cannot be solved without social responsibility and environmental education of the population.
