JANUARY 23, 2020. ECO-SPECTRUM COMPANY IS IMPLEMENTING A PROJECT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A RECYCLING SITE.
Currently, Eco-Spectrum engineers are implementing a project for the construction of a recycling site based on a thermal complex using a HURIKAN 5000 rotary kiln. The production capacity of the complex is up to 5000 kg / h, with the possibility of increasing up to 10000 kg / h.

Solid waste will be supplied by a conveyor belt, and liquid waste by a slurry pump.
Also, the thermal complex will be equipped with a two-stage gas purification system, consisting of high-temperature ceramic filters and a scrubber system.
The company "Eco-Spectrum" on an ongoing basis conducts laboratory measurements of concentrations of pollutants during thermal waste disposal. Due to this, the level of emissions meets environmental requirements.
Work in the workshop is carried out by qualified specialists in compliance with all norms and rules. Each rotary kiln assembly is pre-tested in production.
A similar model of a lower-capacity rotary kiln - HURIKAN 400 - was successfully shipped in December 2019. The customer of this model was Gazprom. The equipment passed the full system of test inspections of Gazprom, production was carried out under the complete control of online broadcasting.
Also, drawings, design and manufacture of the HURIKAN 400 incinerator for delivery to the landfill in the Republic of Kazakhstan are currently under development, a gas purification system will be used in this model; Solid household waste will be supplied with a conveyor belt to a hopper with an automatic pusher, and an additional liquid waste supply system will be installed.
