Eco-Spectrum successfully defended the export project of the Mini MBA course on October 28 2022. The training program for the integrated development of export competencies for small and medium-sized businesses «Export Standard for SMEs» was organized by the Export Support Center of the Krasnodar Territory and Russian Export Center.
The program allows you to improve the professional competencies of employees of small and medium-sized businesses engaged in export activities abroad in terms of developing draft business plans for entering foreign markets.
At the end of the course the Eco-Spectrum’s team prepared a business plan for an export project, a concept for the development of an enterprise's export to one of the Middle East countries, based on a detailed study of all elements of the business plan. A roadmap for the implementation of specific activities was also developed.
