In September 2022, representatives of Eco-Spectrum LLC; the company's management and the export department, carried out extensive work and meetings with leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Lima. A meeting was also held with the State Ecological Committee, where Eco-Spectrum presented its energy utilization technologies. It should be noted that Eco-Spectrum supplies equipment for thermal disposal in Peru, at the moment testing, certification and acquiring environmental permits for use are almost completed.
During meetings with the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Lima, there were reached agreements on Eco-Spectrum’s participation in development of proposals and solutions of fundamental concepts for the treatment of municipal waste, including the calculation of the capacity of sorting complexes in combination with high-performance equipment for thermal waste disposal with electricity generation with subsequent processing of secondary material resources according to the actual situation and prospects in the market of secondary material resources.
