EDUCATION OF “ECO-SPECTRUM” EMPLOYERS IN THE BASICS OF LEAN MANUFACTURING

“ECO-SPECTRUM” LLC became a member of national project "Labor productivity". The purpose of this project is organization of a new production culture in Russia and improving the conditions yearly of Labor productivity in the country.

As a part of the national  project, the employees of the company were trained in the basics of lean manufacturing.

Lean manufacturing is represented by managing an organization that purpose of improving the quality of work by reducing waste. And it extends to all aspects of activity - from design and production to sales.

The training of the regional competence center will help the company to work without downtime and losses, to make work more comfortable and effective. As part of the training, employees were introduced to the 5C system developed in Japan to organize and rationalize workplaces.

They were trained in mapping and production analysis, aimed at promptly identifying problems at any stage of production and fixing them for subsequent resolution.

For the Eco-Spectrum company, its employees are the most important resource. Because the company realizes its activities only with the help of people. The completed training will improve the qualifications of employees, improve the interaction of departments.
