The past year was marked by the expansion of the regions of supply of our equipment. In 2017, more than 100 deliveries of our equipment were made. During the year we were able to carry out a number of important tests and as a result of incinerator upgrades. 

Among them, improvement of the fire-bars design on the 
HURIKAN series , this allows increasing the load on the fire-bars zone, which in turn leads to an increase in the service life. 

Marking parts for self-assembly. Marking the installation places on the incinerator allows you to install attachments correctly and in accordance with the technical documentation. 
This simplifies the work of the operator, and also in the case of self-assembly simplifies the work of the customer's operator and saves installation time.

Concrete lining of the adapters of the combustion chamber and the post-combustion gases. The lining of the adapter on the combustion chamber and the gas afterburning chamber with concrete with a layer of insulating ceramic fiber 
avoids overheating and physical destruction of the lining, since it is in the adapters that the highest gas flow rate, which accordingly entails a sharp increase in temperature during operation. 

The strengthened roller mechanism of movement of a cover. The design of the roller mechanism has been strengthened in order to avoid deformation of the cover body and prolong its service life. 

Isolation of the internal joints of moving parts. The use of insulating cords at the joints of moving parts to prevent leakage and leakage of liquids due to tight closing.

Electrical grounding. Establishment of grounding on the case of the incinerator to ensure electrical safety with appropriate marking in accordance with the technical requirements of GOST RF 

Implemented production of loading buckets. 

Automatic waste loading. Automatic cover opening. Eco-Spectrum Ltd. has developed standalone bucket loaders for the HURIKAN series. 
Loading waste and opening the cover occurs in auto-mode, control is possible both from the control panel and from the remote control panel. 
The front end of the bucket is replaced by the front one. Due to this change, the drop height of the waste is reduced, which extends the service life of the fire-bars.
We introduced removable buckets to minimize personnel contact with waste. Replaceable buckets are quickly removed and put on the forks. 

Automation and combustion control system. Eco-Spectrum LLC has developed a system of automatization and control for the VOLKAN & HURIKAN series incinerators. 
We have introduced a accounting system that allows the customer to track the time of operation of the incinerator with current temperatures. It is possible to remotely control the operation of the incinerator using the GSM module. 

At the end of 2017, our company implemented a fundamentally new project. Models of incinerators
 HHURIKAN 400HURIKAN 5000  drum-type, are unique solutions to the problems of oil sludge utilization.
These models can withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees, a lining layer of special refractory concrete, special ribs for agitating waste. The rotation of the incinerator allows to burn the bulk and calorific waste effectively, without overheating. 
Gradual waste management provides controlled incineration. These models are well suited for the neutralization of soils contaminated with oil waste. 

Screw waste systems were developed and implemented. This system allows you to load waste without opening the cover, while maintaining the tightness of the load. 

Over the past year, progress has been made in the field of gas cleaning plants and heat recovery. Our company, together with its partners, is working to improve the incinerators with gas purifiers.

The company "Eco-Spectrum", is trying to take part in all significant events dedicated to disposing, recycling. Last year did not become an exception. 
During the international exhibition WASMA2017, contracts were signed for the production of equipment for the disposal of such waste as: biological, MSW, medical waste.

It is worth noting that our company has become the industry leader in 2017, which in turn obliges us to work even harder to improve our equipment and technology.

Our company made a presentation at the Irkutsk forum dedicated to the protection and cleaning of Lake Baikal. 

At the end of 2017, our company received the European Quality Certificate. European specialists being in our production and conducting tests confirmed that the products manufactured by our company fully comply with 
European quality standards. 

The positive trend of the past year is that every year the number of people interested in disposing, recycling and neutralizing waste becomes more. 
If we talk more globally, this trend is positive and, in the vein, that the once unknown and dying industry in Russia,
as waste disposal and recycling becomes in demand, which gives growth and development to Russian technologies and causes unconditional benefits to the country's ecology.
