EcoSort 100

The MSW “SK-100” sorting complex includes 2 conveyors, a platform for manual selection of secondary material resources (VMR) for 6-8 posts, a chain feeding and belt sorting conveyor, an automatic control system and a vertical press for VMR with a pressing force of 30 tons. The manual sorting platform has a variant with a climate cabin and dump bins equipped with a slide gate, which allows the use of the SK-100 complex in an open area all year round.

In the “Basic” version, the complex provides a capacity of up to 30,000 tons/year, using only 8 sorting posts, while working 12 hours a day.

In the “Standard” version, the productivity of the complex can be increased to 100,000 tons/year due to retrofitting with drum and magnetic separators, as well as a sorting platform increased to 12 posts.

The sorting complex "SK-100" from the company "Eco-Spectrum" is suitable for a settlement with a population of 50 to 100 thousand people.
