MSW waste is supplied by an autonomous loader
immediately onto the conveyor line, which extends 1.5m.

Waste sorting on a conveyor belt,
which is located inside the container (9 m).
The width of the conveyor line is 1200 mm.
The tape speed (design) is up to 0.3 m/sec,
the estimated productivity (sampling) is 1-3%.
MSW waste is thrown off the belt,
protruding 1.5 m. on the other side of the block box,
the loader cleans and rakes the sorting tails into piles
for subsequent placement on the landfill.

Zone 1: Acceptance (unloading) of MSW
The waste is loaded onto the sorting belt using loaders.
Zone 2: Manual selection of secondary raw materials
The waste is then sent to sorting lines, where it is divided into various categories (Metals, plastics, glass, cardboard, etc.). The sorted materials are packed in Big Bags for further transportation to processing plants or for disposal.
Zone 3: Accumulation of sorting tails
The sorting tails are moved to the landfill by a loader.
The number of posts in the container is 5 posts.
The number of containers is 5 units.

The maximum BMR selection percentage is 1-3
Number of shifts – 3 (20 hours)
The total capacity of the MSK is 300 tt/g
Power consumption:
Total power consumption -27.5 kW

Optionally, the complex can be equipped with additional equipment: rotary separators, shredders, press compactors, metal separators, etc.
The cost of concrete blocks, installation of blocks, rigging, unloading and loading operations are not included in the cost of the mobile sorting complex.
Payment terms : 70% prepayment, 30% payment upon notification of readiness for shipment of a batch of equipment /services
Production time is up to 180 days, with the right to early shipment according to the schedule:
1 batch: 120 days.-2 units . 2nd batch: 180 days.- 3 units .
The equipment package can be increased at the request of the Customer.
