The MSK -70 mobile sorting complex is designed for autonomous operational sorting of municipal solid waste (MSW) at:

  • regular MSW landfills;
  • unauthorized landfills;
  • in places where the construction of stationary MSW sorting lines is impossible or impractical.

Technical description

The standard equipment of the MSK-70 is based on a single semi-trailer, which houses equipment for MSW sorting.

The maximum configuration of the MSK-70 is based on two semi-trailers for tractor units. A sorting module is placed on the first semi-trailer (see Fig. 1), and special equipment and additional equipment are placed on the second (auxiliary) semi-trailer (see Fig. 2). The sorting and auxiliary modules are transported by standard tractor trucks, one of which houses a hydraulic manipulator.

The main technical characteristics of the MSC -70

   1. The estimated productivity is up to 8 tons of MSW per hour.

3. The power consumption of the sorting line is up to 20 kW.  

4. The overall dimensions in the transport position correspond to the current regulations of the Russian Federation for road trains.
