ECO-R series optical separator

ECO-SPECTRUM, a manufacturer of sorting and processing equipment, introduces a new sorting line in the ECO-R model line.

Modern photo separators are distinguished by the fact that recognition occurs by color, configuration, shape, etc., while conventional optical separators are sorted only by color saturation - our separators will be distinguished by high quality selection of a variety of materials.

The analysis is carried out using monochrome or color cameras. When using cameras, photoseparation is carried out according to the shade (intensity) of the color, size, shape, and other unique characteristics of the material. The ECO-R optical separators are an advanced sorting system that separates a given material from a mixed stream.

We use the best international experience, our own developments and information received from real users of the equipment, which allows us to undertake the most difficult task of creating a new generation separator.

We are developing our own technology and fast, highly sensitive algorithms to quickly identify unique signatures of materials based on their infrared spectra.

ECO-R - separation and detection of thin-walled PET, wet PET and PET with PVC sleeve label. At the moment, many optical sorters detect the material above the tape and throw it away only after some time, and this greatly reduces the sorting efficiency.

ECO-SPECTRUM is working on a system that allows in-flight sorting, that is, a system for detecting and sorting material in various positions (even in flight). The technology allows the use of skip detection and eliminates errors related to movement, thereby increasing the level of purity of the selection and the percentage of hits
