Primary shredder

Mobile shredders have a higher power (by 37 kW), higher torque (by 20,000 Nm) than similar machines from other manufacturers. Therefore, it reverses less often when crushing heavy materials for grinding. This not only increases the productivity of the shredder by 20-25%, but also significantly reduces the wear of the cutting shafts, gearbox and other machine elements. 

It is designed for crushing wood, industrial, household and bulky waste (MSW, MSW, KGM), railway sleepers with metal crutches, tires, etc. With the help of primary crushing, a significant reduction in waste volume is achieved. After crushing, the metal is separated on the discharge conveyor using a magnetic separator.
