Shredders of solid waste and MSW

Industrial shredders of the ECO-SHDR type manufactured by Eco-Spectrum in a range of capacities from 850 kg/h to 2500 kg/h are designed for crushing industrial, household, and agricultural waste. A solid waste shredder (shredder, knife mill) is a type of industrial equipment designed to prepare by reducing the fraction of secondary raw materials for its possible (necessary) subsequent processing or other use.

The shredder is designed for coarse crushing of waste for subsequent processing and use as secondary raw materials. In principle, it is not affected by material effects such as thickness, hardness and density. With the help of a clamping device, the machine works. Thanks to an improved clamping device operated by a hydraulic drive, the material to be crushed is pressed against the rotor blades and thus high efficiency is ensured, especially when breaking hard plastics. The grinding time and rotor rotation speed are controlled by a PLC system, the necessary parameters are loaded into the system by selecting the appropriate one from several different options depending on the type of material being processed.
