Industrial shredders of the ECO-SHREDDER type in a range of capacities from 850 kg/h to 2500 kg/h are designed for crushing industrial waste, household waste and agricultural waste. It is used to reduce the size of plastic waste such as pipes, boxes, pallets, rolls of film, bales, bags, etc., as well as waste such as cardboard, paper, textiles, chipboard. The shredder is designed for coarse crushing of waste for subsequent processing and use as secondary raw materials. In principle, it is not affected by material effects such as thickness, hardness and density. By means of a pressure device operated by a hydraulic drive, the material to be crushed is pressed against the rotor. Thus, the material to be crushed is pressed against the blades and ensures high efficiency of the machine. Thanks to an improved clamping device with an increased clamping surface, its efficiency has been improved, especially when breaking hard plastics. The grinding time and the rotor rotation speed are controlled by the PLC system, and the necessary parameters are loaded into the system by selecting the appropriate one from several different options depending on the type of material being processed.
